My Story & My Passion
If you had told me years ago that I’d be launching a cleaning business, I would have smiled and said, “Yep, that sounds exactly like me.” Ever since I can remember, I’ve had a genuine, deep-seated passion for cleaning. While some people see it as a mundane chore, I’ve always viewed it as a form of therapy and transformation. There is nothing quite like the feeling of walking into a cluttered, chaotic space and leaving it sparkling, fresh, and restored.
I am currently building Hustle & Shine from the ground up because I wanted to turn that personal passion into something meaningful. I wanted to create a business rooted in hard work, meticulous detail, and positive energy—bringing the "hustle" so that others can step back and enjoy the "shine."
Rooted in the Quad Cities
Living and working in the Quad Cities means the world to me. This community is full of heart, and as I build my business, I am determined to ensure that Hustle & Shine is known for more than just a great clean. I want it to be a business that genuinely pours love and care back into the place I call home.
Because of that, I have built a foundational vision for the company that focuses heavily on community impact from day one. As Hustle & Shine grows and establishes its roots, I am fully committed to bringing two major goals to life:
Supporting Local Shelters & Non-Profits: I know firsthand how deeply a clean, safe environment can impact someone’s mental health and sense of dignity. My long-term vision includes partnering with local homeless shelters, women’s shelters, and non-profits to donate professional cleaning services. Taking the burden of cleaning off their shoulders is my way of supporting the people who are doing the heavy lifting to change lives in the QC.
Keeping Our Streets Beautiful: My mission to clean up doesn't stop at the front door. One of my top priorities as the business grows is to officially join the Adopt-a-Road program right here in the Quad Cities. I can’t wait to get out on the pavement with my team, clear away litter, and keep our local highways looking beautiful and safe for everyone.
